OTA RANGER Scope not working. #159

Describe the bug Scope is completely useless.

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Change to Overwatch, Set as Ranger.
  2. Select Sniper.
  3. Right click with scope equipped.
  4. See error.

Expected behaviour An actual zoom instead of an overlay.
