OTA BSL Bug #163

Describe the bug Upon death, the OTA BSL does not print and the death screen does not show, and upon respawn (which is instant) the cooldown for the job switch.

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour: Die as an OTA.

Expected behaviour Print BSL show death screen apply cooldown and not have instant respawn

Disregard this, is not a bug I was just teamkilled 3 consecutive times
