1.12 mosin scope is off #165

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Get a mosin + hunting scope
  2. Attach the scope to the mosin
  3. The camera is moved down for some reason

Expected behaviour The scope should be centered on the screen
