Curfew does not appear on Combine UI #173

Describe the bug When curfew goes into effect, the UI does not say it on the top of the screen.

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Wait for Curfew
  2. See Results

Expected behaviour Text reminding that curfew is in effect.
