(1.12) Suit charger lowers OTA armor #177

Describe the bug Using a suit charger as an OTA lowers your SPS by 20-30 units, apparently only happens with ranks above OWS but still not 100% confirmed.

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Become OTA EOW+
  2. Get ranked, come to the armory suit charger and use it
  3. Find out your suit charge has been lowered by 20-30 points depending on division

Expected behaviour SPS should stay the same as when you receive your rank
