Weapon selection hud interferes with Wire #194

Describe the bug Using the scrollwheel while trying to link an input to an output makes the weapon selection UI trigger and sometimes block you out of connecting an input

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Place down any wire component
  2. Get the wire tool
  3. Try selecting an input and connecting it using the scroll wheel
  4. See error

Expected behaviour The weapon selection UI does not get activated
