MCX Scope does not have red dot sight #208

Describe the bug When you attach the scope to the MCX the red dot does not appear

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Grab MCX
  2. Attach scope
  3. Aim down sights
  4. See error

Expected behaviour There should be a red dot that shows when attaching the scope to the MCX

impulse version (press F1 in the bottom right): 1.12.0

Lua error If applicable, post the error here in full.

Additional context Was not sure if this was a actual bug or that is how the scope should act.

This implementation was gutted due to it needing a major rewrite, we didn't have the time to finish it.
