Describe the bug The LDR does not have access to promotion features in the F6 menu
To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Get on LDR F6 Dossier Click on a man you want to promote Nothing show up D:
Expected behavior Be able to promote the good men and women of the OTA
