Combine Reset Bug #215

It's really easy and very effective, I found out that when you go into the citizen spawn at the last moment of team cooldown, when you have a combine ban, and select civil protection at the last second, then it resets your entire Combine ban and you have to even redo the quizzes, if any questions on how its done dm me Ender#3747
