Lose Access to everything upon Jailbreak #228

Describe the bug Upon being broken out of prison, you lose your crosshair, physgun, toolgun and hands.

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Get Detained and Put in prison
  2. As your sentence decreases, get lockpicked out of your cuffs
  3. Try to use any of your items
  4. See Error

Expected behaviour To regain access to all regular tools upon being freed from your cuffs
