Ration getting people stuck #28

Describe the bug Per the title.

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Get your ration
  2. Pick it up with hands
  3. Hold it inside someone's torso

Expected behaviour It would either collide or phase through their body, not prohibit movement.

Closing my own bug report, fixed on 1.10 when rations were added as items.
