Doxepin Pills #62

Describe the bug Doxepin Pills do not work when attempting to use them on other players.

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go CMU
  2. Buy Doxepin pills
  3. Try to use it on another player

Expected behaviour Player receives an notification which mentions the fact that his insanity has been cured.

impulse version (press F1 in the bottom right): 1.10
