Describe the bug Game starts to lag when looking in a general direction

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

Load into the map
Look in the direction of Apartment Block C
Start lagging

Expected behaviour The map shouldnt be lagging

impulse version (press F1 in the bottom right): 1.10.5

Additional context This bug has impeded my ability to properly play hl2rp

i lowered my graphics settings and it fine now
