404 Elevators #87

Describe the bug After someone uses an elevator to the Underground station the elevator doesn't open it's doors and the user can't get out, to add up to that buttons become unresponsive

To reproduce Happens at random when using an elevator, it is unknown to the playerbase what causes it, it's believed to be the same bug impulse faced last year but that one was dealt by Atle in the map

Expected behaviour The doors of the elevators should open at all times and the buttons should be operational at all times

impulse version (press F1 in the bottom right): 1.10.9
