dts:sg2260: Modify ap dts and add xlgmac driver code. #121

1) remove thead extension in cpu node 2) replace riscv,plic0 to thead,c900-pic 3) make interrupts prop two cell 4) add xlgmac configuration in dts and dwmac-sophgo.c.
