What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open terminal
2. Type "ri <something in Ruby>"
3. Marvel
4. Type "mi <something in Minnow>"
5. Fail

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

We need easy to read, easy to use docs on the commandline or available for
guis and ides and whomever else.

Currently we lack this delicious necessity.
