Create a version that shows and hides the volume OSD per-app #3

It's more bothersome in some apps than others, and in some cases you miss the display and want it back. It would be nice if you could have it automatically hide and show based on what app you're in.

This has been implemented with the new hide-by-window.ahk script. There are some likely improvements to this script but, it seems to work pretty well for the time being!
