As a tutor, I want to be able to delete pen marks that I have written on the interactive whiteboard, so that I can erase any mistakes and keep my lesson content clean

[ ] A rubber icon appears to the left of the interactive whiteboard screen
[ ] When you click on the rubber it will show on your cursor
[ ] Clicking and dragging over written content will delete the information off the page
[ ] Clicking on the rubber icon again deselects using the rubber
