I can't imagine it does but does removing the limit also make you appear this small for everyone else? I assume it's only client sided but also small indie game and it could just be, coded like that and I'm too lazy to check

You will appear smaller/larger for other players too. It only modifies client-side code but due to how the game works it appears for everyone else too
