ampersand in '&' pathnames fails for redmine code review #42

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a mercurial repository with a file "foo&bar/baz.cpp" in it.
2. Create a code review ticket of line 5 of "baz.cpp"
3.

What is the expected output?

A ticket where "foo&bar/baz.cpp", line 5 is annotated.

What do you see instead?

A ticket where "foo", line 5 is annotated.

What version of the product are you using?

redmine_code_review at revision 562 of http://r-labs.googlecode.com/svn

On what operating system?

Linux, 64-bit
