Hudson tab visible only to project admin #8

Hudson tab seems to be visible only to project admin, not to users who have 
'developer' role. IMHO it would be nice if build results are visible to all 
users.

To show build results to all members, modify "Roles and permissions".

1. "Administration" -> "Roles and permissions"
2. Select Role ( ex. "Developer" )
3. Modify permission for Hudson-Plugin
( View Hudson, Build hudson, Edit hudson settings )
