Bug: Creating space with name that already exists blocks creation. No error message.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a space with name "test"
• Create a second space with name "test"
• When clicking "Save Changes" nothing happens

But: I can create a space with a name that another user has already created. This is good.

• Checked this by looking at the db and creating the same:

This is because no error message arrives from the backend.
