[x] button placement (e.g.: team leve and invite user should not be so close to each other)
[x] buttons should have icons (e.g.: leave and mute in voice chat, '<' in back)
- [x] use fontawsome or other styling framework for icons
- [x] How about changing style on hovering (filled/unfilled)?

examples are not finished list (applay wherever possible)
