Sbot wallet sent 4000 DAI to Sbot's gateio deposit wallet by mistake 390 days ago.

Since then there was couple of tickets to gateio to solve the issue but there was no solution at all.

This 4000 DAI token still waits at deposit wallet.

As you can see at transfer section of this deposit wallet, it's obvious this is sbot's deposit wallet of gateio. Because Sbot sends xor balance to this deposit wallet and this wallet sends xor balance to GATEIO's main wallet (cnRnnKrqCX9TEZvCgVuiXbPbE1jmA3R55W6cLeKC43U8nVoma)

Scope of Work

Creating update balance referendum for both deposit and source wallets as utility_batch to make sure balance burned at deposit wallet before minted at source wallet
