Foreground the app

Steps to reproduce

  1. Background the app
  2. Open the app
  3. Close up the app
  4. Open the app

Actual behavior

A white screen hangs instead of shimmers while the main screen is loading.

Expected behavior

Shimmers should show while the main screen is loading.
