[Bug]: Transitional phase between Verified KYC and Provisioned IBAN issues #103

Preconditions

User have just finished kyc and doesn’t have IBAN yet /version ios_client_version":"2.2.0" - app has the same version

Steps to reproduce

  1. Tap on Sora Card button

Actual behavior

  1. Card hub screen opens twice
  2. User sees Update app to latest version banner
  3. IBAN account details is empty

Expected behavior

  1. Card hub screen opens once
  2. User doesn’t see Update app to latest version banner if backend backs right version
  3. IBAN account details block has a text Screenshot 2023-10-26 at 18 55 34
