SystemVnV Issue#3 use "the author" not "me" #35

In 4.3 Design Verification Plan, you used the word "me", I feel like using"the author" to replace "me" will make it look more professional and more formal. Not sure if that's right, but I saw Ao used "the author", and I think it's very good. Screen Shot 2019-11-06 at 11 24 13 AM

@best-zhang-zhi, the rule of using the third person for scholarly writing is not as strict as it used to be. Many scholars now advocate using the first person because it makes the writing a little less "stuffy." I'm fine with whatever choice @sorainsm makes, but it is good that you raised the issue so that she can explicitly think about her preference.
