Very Long Loading Times during Start Up / Boot #238

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Boot/start Wiiflow 
2.Black Screen appears for some time
3.Please Wait screen appears for some time

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Faster Loading times like in the last releases.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.1a rev92

Please provide any additional information below.
Especially if u don't search for alternative setting paths, the loading times 
are incredible long. There can be just 2 locations for games (sd and usb) and 
the setting files are since now always in the wiiflow app folder.
So the initialization of the app takes to much time (1 minute) in comparison 
with older Editions of Wiiflow (2.0, 2.1)

in r102 this should be much faster, and will continue to improve at all times 
possible.
