Suggestion: Fade out main music when playing banner sound and when a game starts #25

Fade out background music (.ogg files) when playing the banner sound.
Fade in and continue background music (.ogg files) after the banner sound
finished.

Fade out main music also when starting a game/title instead of immediately
abrupt it.

Until there's time to add this, I found that by making the music volume 10, and
leaving other volumes at 255 almost makes it as if the music fades in and out
when
the banner sound plays.

Of course, it doesn't affect the "abrupt" cut off when you load a game.

+1 for real fades though, would make it really slick.

I would suggest that even if fading isn't possible, at least pausing the music
while the game sound is playing would be a big plus; it can get pretty bad when
both are going at the same time. Fading would be the icing on the cake so that
things aren't overly abrupt.

I don't know if this is a high priority or not. I'd be willing to give it a go
and submit my code if you are willing to accept it.

If the code is clean and does not cause other issues we would consider adding
it.
