suggestion: Get title/description from main broadcast and add into new targets retransmission

Hello,

I use Youtube as main broadcast and retransmit to twitch.tv and my youtube backup channel ... I need to go to those sites and edit tile / description manually

If someday this plugin can make this rename title / description automagically it will help me and other users a lot !

It's a simple RTMP output plugin, and live-service-specified information's maintaining will not be planned in near future.
