Fonts Dont Appear Correctly Anymore? (Poor Quality on Chrome) #190

I think after version 1.09i released all of my websites that use cufon starting to appear poor quality on Chrome (version: 13.0.782.1 dev-m). This weird situation not just for my websites i see a lot of websites that exposed this sittuation on web.

No problem with chrome 9 & 10 only my version : 13.0.782.1 dev-m

On my mac with the newest dev build (13.0.782.4 dev) it seems that canvases no longer work at all. It's not the same issue you're having but I think it's related. I'm going to assume that Chrome is just temporarily broken for now.

I can confirm this issue with versions prior to 1.09i. After upgrading to fix the IE9 issue Cufon fonts no longer display at all in Chrome or Canary Build.

Build 13.0.782.15 dev seems to support canvas properly again. Well, at least things are showing up now. Undyingheart and rewmike, could you try your sites again?

Now everything is ok. No problem with fonts and font quality.

What a quick fix, just what I wanted! Gotta love Chrome's automatic updates! This issue can be closed now...

Hi Sorccu,

Chrome Canary version 14.0.286.0 having trouble displaying cufon again...

Thanks for the information, but I can't do anything about this. You just have to wait until they un-break their stuff again. Also, maybe your build is a bit old? I'm running 14.0.825.0 dev and everything's working great.
