Support newer versions of redis-rs #38

redis-rs 0.15.1 is out. Is there a plan to support it? I can see that redis-rs includes a "r2d2" feature: is r2d2-redis still relevant then?

The r2d2 feature on Redis should provide the same functionality now. I will still update r2d2-redis, but I think we can deprecate it.
