Separate borders from titlebar #14

Currently border and titlebar are the same background, and the problem is to distinguish different windows if they cover each other, or if a window covers an area of the same color as title background. The idea is to separate borders from titlebar, so different background color can be set for them, and the window will be better distinguishable.
