Copy (Excel Format) exports csv format #183

Exporting data via the copy excel format button just delivers me a csv file instead of a table since today. Worked fine before. I'm using Chrome Version 88.0.4324.182 (Offizieller Build) (x86_64) and Salesforce Inspector 1.12 on MacOS.

Ok, i figured out that it worked on another mac but i do not know further specifications. But this is leading me to the opinion, that the error is on my side. But is that a known behaviour? I deinstalled and installed again and so on.

I am facing the same issue in the chrome browser on my MacBook pro, it happened previously but got resolved automatically. Now, I am facing the same problem again. Please someone help.
