Support enhanced domain #223

According to https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.domain_name_url_format_changes_enable_enhanced.htm&type=5 this seems to be the only relevant change.

Should fix issue https://github.com/sorenkrabbe/Chrome-Salesforce-inspector/issues/222

Can this be merged? There are still issues with using inspector with enhanced domains.
