Upgrade to v56 #233

Hello, I want to upgrade the API version to Salesforce's latest release.

We can wait until Oct 15th, when all orgs are upgraded (the last date is Oct 14th).

Hello @jesperkristensen - Now that all orgs are in Winter'23 can you please consider merging this upgrade? My bad if you are the wrong person.

Now that all orgs are upgraded, is there anything else I may have missed to move this forward?
