Occasionally Cannot See Fields in Inspector - Permissions Confirmed #272

Hello. Running into an issue in which for some users occasionally fields are not visible within Salesforce Inspector. Most times it's permissions thing but there's been enough times when that's been confirmed to not be the case that there must be another candidate cause as well.

It seems to happen for lookup fields, with perhaps a preference for Master-Detail. When it does happen, often (always?) there are NO lookup fields from the object visible.

I can login as the same user and view from within the tool, so I suspect this is a local problem. Jitterbit also has this same issue for the user (I'm not a user of that one; only noting because I believe they use the same mechanisms as Inspector?) I've seen some internets around session and how SFDC authenticates but I'm way out of my depth there,

Appreciate any thoughts!

In order to see a lookup, you must have acess to the field (field level security) and to the object of the lookup. Another point, is that you can have sharing rules too which apply to a record too. So please check :
