Feature Request: Option to change "Accept Cookies" background #34

It would be nice if you could change the background of the page that appears asking you to accept the cookies, to make it feel more legitimate. Alternatively, you could make it so the page replaces the headline that appears in the background with the description that you entered so people are more likely to click through.

I think maybe the background should be the image you picked.
