Adds in target information to drugs #123

Taken from the Drug properties annotation file, adds in drug target information and support for filtering/grouping. Also updated the Drug details page to have it and the drug image. Resolves #108

Now I believe they want one search bar for searching targets and pathways together... this is accomplished via the search field above the cards. Hopefully this is sufficient.

It might be beneficial to extend the information in the cards to include more information than just the lowest target available (in this case usually gene)
