Waterfall improvements #165

Values on hover
Click labels navigates to cell line details
Centering bars around a value (e.g., 0 so negative bars go left, positive right)
Click to toggle a bar (still has highlight on hover)
161 still needs to update PCP and small mults to use toggled

Ping @vlandham -- a bunch of changes here.. if hard to follow in files changed, maybe look by commit? Tried to encapsulate the changes in single commits.

+1 - but i want to try out hover vs click.

i was also thinking we could use two variants of purple to indicate clicked line vs hover line - and ensure hover is cleared after mouse exits .
