Parameter and Concentration show up on both view bys so they should retain the value that was last set to them.
The way to do this is instead of having both growthFactorConfig and cellLineConfig to just have a general datasetConfig. Then have the filterGroups definition change whether growthFactor or cellLine is an available filter.
