Improve performance on rendering 100+ items in waterfall and dosage curve

Hover behaviour is slow on the waterfall chart when 100+ bars are there (e.g. on drug page).

Can be improved by

• passing in sorted data
• limiting when sampling of the function happens
• using canvas?
