INDRA (Integrated Network and Dynamical Reasoning Assembler) is an automated model assembly system interfacing with NLP systems and databases to collect knowledge, and through a process of assembly, produce causal graphs and dynamical models.
Several sources in INDRA provide Entrez IDs for genes but mappings so far have been limited to human genes. This PR integrates mappings between non-human Entrez IDs and UniProt IDs. This allows these entities to be normalized and assembled with other sources of statements about non-human genes/proteins.
