INDRA (Integrated Network and Dynamical Reasoning Assembler) is an automated model assembly system interfacing with NLP systems and databases to collect knowledge, and through a process of assembly, produce causal graphs and dynamical models.
This PR adds grounding map entities for the shortforms "MODY" (maturity onset diabetes of the young) and "PPCD" (posterior polymorphous corneal dystrophy). These shortforms are also used to refer to genes associated with these diseases, leading to ambiguities that adeft cannot at this time resolve. For now, I think the best course of action is to ground these shortforms directly to the diseases through the grounding map, since these appear to be the more common senses. In the future there is hope to resolve this sort of ambiguity using semantic context (i.e. relation type, other entity type, ...).
