This PR adds relations to the BioOntology that represent replacements where an obsolete ID is replaced by another ID within the same name space. Though having obsolete nodes in the ontology graph is a bit controversial, this allows standardizing to up-to-date IDs as part of the general/central standardization process instead of having to do this in individual input processors.
