User-definable shortcut keys #3

#Feature, from Victor:
> I request/suppose, key pair shall let user define it as
> his/her preferred key-pair-stroke.
> User know the best about his/her workstation/notebook.
> Like putting this into variable values.
> Of course, there shall be a default key-pair-stroke and it shall be
> Ctrl+Alt as it is now.

>>> Right Click on WaitZar taskbar icon > Add-in "Option" menu >
>>> @Option dialog > Config Key Pair Value

This is a great idea! What if we ask the user four simple questions, which
configures the whole thing:

Hold down "shift"? (yes/no)
Hold down "alt"? (yes/no)
Hold down "ctrl"? (yes/no)
Then press which key? (List all keys in a drop-down list)

Is this good enough?

Marking medium priority. (It should be easy, but it's not my first priority.)

Works! After some thought, I added an optional config.text file to hold all
configurations to a specific user. They can specify the shortcut in this file.

I'm closing this bug. I'll add another one for integrating user-defined
shortcuts
into the menu so that the user doesn't have to reload WZ.
