Generally, you just type the stacked part as if it was one syllable:
မဂၤ = minga
ေမတၱာ = myittar
..etc.

It is good, but not generally applicable. Probabily burglish style
(capatilization
of second syllable) should be a featur in WaitZar.

I considered using capitalization, but a key feature of WaitZar is its
simplicity. I
_only_ want to use the lowercase keys.
Remember, WaitZar is never seen in written form. (If you type in WaitZar, it
_always_
outputs in Burmese letters.) So, there is no need to be compact (like Romabama,
for
example.)
On the other hand, pat sint syllables usually only appear in one or two words.
So, I
might consider adding these words to mywords.txt.
For example, "minggalarpar" is already in mywords.txt
This is doubly advantageous because WaitZar "autocompletes" unique words. So,
you can
type minggalarpar as "mingg(space)"
