I am aware of the ၎ code point, but I am also aware of arguments against 
using it.
Actually, WaitZar already uses the pre-composed ဦ in the new romanisation. 
So, I am
not against using ၎.

Do you have any official (Unicode consortium, Myanmar NLP, etc.) documents that
advise for using ၎? If so, please forward them to me; Id really appreciate 
more
information before making this decision.

My policy for now is that, if there's a code point, it might as well be used.
