The problem is observed with Original Vista 32-bit SP1 Home Premium Edition in
DELL
Studio laptop.
I have two upgraded Vista Ultimate SP1, without problem.
I think upgraded and original SP1 might be different.

I will install Vista HP when I get the chance, but it might take a while. By
the way,
I have updated the nightly to output an error code:
http://waitzar.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/nightly/WaitZar.exe
(Make sure you right-click, and "Save As", otherwise it might not download
correctly).
What error code do you get in the message box?

Merged in bug 57:
>Infrequently, Can't switch icon error dialog (as attached) appear repeatly
whenever Ctrl+Shift is pressed in attempt to switch language. In that
suituation, WaitZar application was quit and disappear from tray bar as
well. However the process is running, as it shown in the Task Manager's
process list.
>1.6. Was the same experience with 1.5.

Making this high priority. Thanks for the error code; I'll have a look at it.

I think I know how to fix this.
Please run the attached (debug) version of WaitZar; it will do some tests and
show
you a message box. Send me a screen capture of that box.

However it appears on other computers, after it clashes between Ctrl+Shift
(Waitzar)
and Shift+Ctrl (other application).

Ok, try this one. It should start WaitZar as an elevated program, and you
should not
have any issues with Icons.

I've added the config option: "alwayselevate"
This option will detect Vista and always ask the user to elevate his program
(run as
administrator).
It will be off by default, since most Vista users do not need it.
This will be in version 1.7; I've updated the nightly.
