ဥ not appear

According to the manual, ဥ  should be produce by typing 'o'. But it is not.

I see the confusion. Yes, it's listed as "o" --but it's also a consonant.
I'll double-check the preferred way of doing this; maybe we can make all words 
that
start with this letter special words.

Ok, here's the deal:
  1) Changing the consonant itself is a bad idea, since it links up nicely with
everything else:
  ဥံဳ = oone
  ဦ = ou
  ဦး = oo
  ဥက္ = oat
  ဥဏ္ = oan
  ဥတ္ = oat
  ဥပ္ = oat
  ဥမ္ = oan
  ဥသ္ = oat

...however, I can see where this word would be better to type a different way. 
So, I
have added the following two "convenience words" to mywords.txt:
  ဥ = ou
  ဥစ္ = oait

We think that "ဥ = ou" is more phonetic than "ဥ = o". 

These two words can never be part of the model, so I put them in mywords.txt. 
Since
this file is distributed with all releases, nearly all users will have these 
handy
shortcuts.
